Team Ohio 18U represents well in Michigan and Massachusetts.
Starting August 1, players competing in youth, girls, high school or junior hockey within USA Hockey are required to wear neck laceration protectors (NLPs) for all games and practices.
On behalf of Team Ohio Hockey, I would like to personally thank all of our coaches for their hard work and dedication to the process as we worked to select our teams for the 2024-2025 season.
Additionally, I would like to commend our families for their patience as we worked though the selection process as well as the migration to our new and improved website. We indeed hit a few obstacles, but we navigated accordingly to keep things on track.
To our current players, get to work. There is no off-season, and we would like to see all of our players return in August in shape and recharged for the season. For those players who did not receive an offer from Team Ohio, we hope you use that as fuel to work harder than ever to improve and we look forward to seeing you back at tryouts next season.
Have a great summer.
Best,
Jeff McCarthy
